Scaffolders required to work in the Manchester Area to start immediately. All Parts needed (Scaffold, Labourers, Part 1 and 2 and/or hold a licence to drive 7.5T Vehicle) You must hold a current CSCS/CISRS Card and any other relevant qualifications. Working on Social Housing Sites would be a distinct advantage although not essential. Rates of Pay varies on experience..

Work will be carried out on a long term Contract basis subject to the usual probationary period.

Groundwork Site Foreman/Supervisor Required

We are looking for a SMSTS/CSCS Groundwork Foreman/Supervisor or similar to work on site in Manchester on a Contract basis for a period of 3 – 4 weeks to be agreed. You should be flexible and able to start work immediately. If you are qualified and have machine licences also that would be a bonus, but not essential.

Site Engineer

Site Engineer – North West
We are looking for a Site Engineer to provide full engineering services to a number of projects throughout the North West.

You will be experienced in the following:

Setting out in accordance with drawings, schedules and client requirements.

Setting out of foundations, walls and other structures

Be able to carry out “as built” surveys of works as required and checking of procedures as directed by the Senior Engineer.

You are to assist in the reporting of Site Progress in order to assist QS Payment and Design Evaluation.
